Featured in Seattle Agent Magazine: Olga Dyckman
Olga Dyckman, Real Estate Broker
Windermere Real Estate Midtown
There is a bit of a superstar quality about Olga Dyckman — and it is not just because she was a featured Realtor on three episodes of HGTV’s hit show “House Hunters.” It is also because this dynamic agent has found a profitable niche selling condos in downtown Seattle, where she sells an average of $52 million worth of real estate every year, with a career total surpassing $450 million.
Reflecting on her journey into real estate 22 years ago, Dyckman reminisces, “I was always fascinated by developers. I remember when One Pacific Tower condos (in downtown Seattle) were built. I was still in high school, but I remember thinking that one day I would live in that development or develop condos myself.”
A proud native of Seattle, Dyckman spent 10 years at Nordstrom before her real estate career. There, she gained valuable sales, management and corporate financial analysis experience. She decided to pursue her true passion in real estate, becoming licensed in 2001. “Our group worked on many well-known condo projects,” she says, including Olive 8, 5th and Madison, Cristalla, Mosler Lofts and others. “With this broad scope of developments, we were lucky enough to be in the epicenter of Seattle’s evolving condo market, which helped me tremendously with understanding building floor plans, methods of construction and amenities in each building.”
