First Light

An innovative residential tower imagined and brought to life by Architects Westlight and James K.M. Cheng along with local artist John Hogan, First Light will feature permanent art installations by John Hogan making it the largest installation of its kind in downtown Seattle along with a stunning rooftop pool that leans into the air surrounding the building and creates its own beauty.

Located just on the edge of Belltown and the Pike Place Market neighborhoods, First Light is just around the corner from the Puget Sound, the Seattle Art Museum and the Olympic Sculpture Park.
